After a very long but fulfilling corporate journey, my life needed a drastic change, not only physically but also mentally and spiritually. I knew something was unbalanced in my life and If I continued in that path it would lead to severe illness, I needed a transformation.
In 2016 I developed two autoimmune disorders and chronic fatigue and worsened my IBS; I was convinced that I was doing all the right things by eating balanced meals, an organized home, even had cooking charts and activity schedules, fun time for the family and kids, trying to be there for everyone, living the so called “perfect life”.
My passion has always been to help others, so I decided to change my life, for which I pursued a Certification in Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching with a specialization in Gut and Hormone Health as well as a Yoga Instructor ( Hatha 200 hrs.) with Prenatal and Restorative Yoga certifications, which gave me the tools to improve my overall health, paying attention to nutrition patterns, physical fitness, self care, mindfulness and stillness when I need it the most.
I am a believer in that life is a circle in which at times we are at the top of the circle and sometimes we are off balance. Life is not about those perfect moments but about how we rise and challenge ourselves to continue with our journey, whichever it may be.
Now, I am aware of cooking real food, balancing my work and life time, managing my anxiety and enjoying many activities with my loved ones; paying less attention to perfection and more attention to quality. I am proud that I am now in remission of my two autoimmune disorders and filled with energy.
We live our lives in a rush with so many occupations and to do lists and financial goals that we forget to actually live. We can achieve everything we want in life but, in a healthier way by adapting certain aspects in our daily lives and shifting some habits not only physically but also mentally, so we can live enjoying life now.
I am committed to helping my clients to cook real food and getting physical activities, overall changing their lifestyle, feeling energetic and focus on what they really want to achieve in life.
